I have a love hate relationship with HuHot. I always eat more than I should and leave the place feeing worse than when I got here. The food is always good and when it isn't it's because I picked the wrong ingredients. Right after I sat down with my food, the place was attacked by a zombie hoard that smashed through the front door. That's when the legendary HuHot customer service came into play. Our waitress, Christina, who is 9 months pregnant, grabbed an MP5 off a rack behind the hostess both and started spraying. She smoked seven zombies before I had taken my first bite of Kahn's Revenge. After a tactical reload she came over and refilled my diet coke. Now that is customer service!

Really nice & clean with wonderful attentive staff I like the concept of choosing your own ingredients & then handing them over to the friendly chatty chefs,who quickly cook on this big round stone looking table. Brings a very exciting dimension to a regular lunch stop. That said, it didn't get 5 stars because their strength may also be their weakness. Too many choices in sauces & food combinations. I know I know choice is a good thing, however it would mean you would have to come here a hundred times & try hundreds of different combos before you get your perfect plate. I don't think I have the endurance for that much commitment. If that is indeed their weakness than maybe that might actually be a brilliant business plan! Who knows?

This place is ok. I like the concept of creating your own combination and watching it cooked in front of you. That being said few things I don't like about this place are 1. The meat tastes funny 2. The smell of the place, you get that greasy smokey smell 3. It's pretty dark in the place unless the sun is out then half the time the sun shines in your eyes 4. It's damn spendy. Took my kids there for dinner after a ball game & our bill came to $52+change. Lil high when my kids barely ate anything (maybe one plate each) however the took full advantage of refills on soda.

I've been to HuHot a couple of times, but this was my first time to this one. I was quite impressed with the General Manager above all else. He was awesome! We first saw him when he asked us how our food was and thanked us for coming. We then saw him at the grill, taking food, scraping the grill, greeting customers, and asking how each person was when he took their food. He helped facilitate and expedite the work of the guys at the grill with cutting the wait time down quite a bit. Once there were very few people waiting with food he left to help out elsewhere in the restaurant. Ashley, our waitress was also great. She was very attentive to each one of her customers that ensured everyone was well taken care of. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Always great! The food line is always kept clean and nice looking and there is a lot of stuff to choose from. One of the cooks has been there for 7 years and does an AMAZING job! Our waitress was on top of bongs and had another drink waiting before the first was empty. We go here all the time and LOVE it!

I really wanted to like this place. Excellent wait staff, the cooks were friendly, and when it got busy they just got more attentive and friendly. The place is extremely clean and the decor is perfect. The food had great flavor and their are so many combinations. By now I'm sure you are wonder so why the one star...well its food quality. Within 40 minutes of eating I had stomach and gut cramps. I don't want to get descriptive, so I'll just say it was not a good evening. I tried 3 different small one bowl veggie dishes; Chicken with house sauce, fish with BBQ, and beef with ginger. The only thing I can think of being wrong there is conjecture by seeing the sliding door fridge section not closed completely. This is were the kitchen puts the prepped food waiting for a buffet component to clear out. So maybe that food doesn't stay cold enough and the grill doesn't cook off all that bad stuff. It seems like any easy fix and this place will surely turn around.

Nothing above ordinary for Mongolian grill except the sauces were excellent.dont go easy on them. The mustard one, the Thai peanut and the curry were my faves. They have an excellent process for the grill. It was expedient and the grill warriors were very friendly and polite.

This is average Mongolian Grill fare. The price is right ($12.95 for dinner, with a salad or soup), and they don't gouge people for beer ($3.50 for Michelob Ultra), which is why it gets four stars. The stir fry mixings were fresh, and kept cool (nice for food sanitation!), and I got there when it was kind of slow, which meant I waited about 2 minutes for my food to be cooked up. (Don't forget to tip the chefs). I ordered steamed rice, and it came cooked properly. The food I ordered was good as well. If I could have afforded the calories, I could have made a second and third trip. Sadly, one plate and a bowl of rice, with a respectable salad did me in.

This is my favorite restaurant. I can make my own meal up just the way I like it. All the food is tasty and the sauces are awesome!
